SymphonyX.com uses PayPal for its shopping cart system. Payment via PayPal is preferred, since it speeds up the process, however if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay for your order directly with a check, cash, or money order (credit cards can only be accepted via PayPal).

To order your merchandise directly, please do the following:

1. E-mail merchandise@symphonyx.com to ensure availability of the items you would like to order. Please be sure to state where you are located so that shipping charges can be determined.
   
   
2. Once you receive confirmation regarding availability and shipping charges, be prompt about getting your payment in the mail. Any order that has received confirmation will have 2 weeks to make payment. Merchandise can only be held for those two weeks before it is returned to stock.
   
   
3. If possible, please send a follow up e-mail to confirm sent payment.

Merchandise is delivered via the postal service unless other arrangements are made at the purchaser's expense. Delivery time within the US is typically 2-3 days on most items. Delivery time outside the US via air mail is typically 4-10 days.

COD orders will not be accepted.
