Jax has been working with Symphony X since early 2000, when she began as a member of the TEoF mailing list staff. She has been the Mailing List Administrator (aka Listmom) since February of 2002, and has moderated the band's Message Forum since soon after its inception in mid 2002. Over the years, in addition to her mailing list/forum responsibilities, founding/maintaining the Official International Symphony X fan club 'Church of the Machine', and creating/maintaining the band's MySpace page, her duties have grown and expanded quite a bit. They now include acting as the band's legal representative for protecting their namesake, copyrights, and musical ventures on the internet; as well as being the main internet contact for the band, and the provider of official news and information as given to her by the band and their management. Jax resides in western Michigan near the lakeshore, where she can often be found working on her house, digging in her yard, or with her nose in a book.

Lisa has been the SymphonyX.com webmaster since June 2003, but has been a fan of Symphony X for much longer. As "DJ Jessie", Lisa had Symphony X in regular rotation (along with DJ Jax) at the now defunct Internet radio station, YtseRadio. YtseRadio is also where Lisa met Tim Chetelat, and the two were happily married in June 2007. Aside from web design, Lisa enjoys bowling, darts, traveling, photography, cooking, and is training to be a pastry chef. Due to some seriously bad scheduling karma, Lisa has the sad distinction of being the only staff member still never to have seen Symphony X live.

Glenn began his working relationship with Symphony X in 2000. He's the guy who currently handles the ordering of the band's merchandise as well as sales through the website. He's currently living in Virginia and has been known to travel all over the place to see band. You may have spotted him behind the merchandise table at one of their shows trying to sell you a shirt. On occasions, Glenn can be found in IRC. He has also been known to DJ on Ytseradio (ytseradio.com) from time to time.

Aki is the guy who handles anything related to Symphony X Chat/IRC channel. He's living in central Finland and joined the TEoF team in 2002.
